Made of 13oz vinyl fabric with a weft inserted knit for greater strength and durability. We use inks that are UV-resistant and waterproof to ensure the vinyl banner has the brightest image.

Installation

Properly hanging your banners will make it continuously look extraordinary while displaying. If ordered your vinyl banner with the grommets option, it is ready to hang. You can use various accessories such as rope, zip ties, or bungee cords interlace through grommets and support poles.

Care & Storing

To ensure the long life of your custom vinyl banners, properly cleaning should be carried out with utmost care. Use a soft damp cloth or microfiber towels to clean with simple soap and warm water. Do not use any cleaning product that contains ammonia.

When storing your banners, roll them up with the graphics facing inward to prevent damage or scratches on the printing. Avoid folding your banner because it will crease the material.

A: Yes. I love artworks in ANY file types, as high resolution as possible. You may email your AI, PDF and PSD files to custom@anley.com with your order-id from our website. We will work on that accordingly.
Q: Can I change my artwork design after I make a payment?
A: Yes, contact custom@anley.com for any update, change, specific requirement or any additional piece of artwork. We are happy to assist!
Q: Is there a recommened resolution for artwork upload?
A: Generally we recommend at least 32 DPI for best printing quality (That is, for example, at least 1100 px in width for a 3x2 ft flags). Otherwise, the printing may appear blurred.
Q: Can I order my flag at a size other than the options above?
A: Yes, you can customize your flag at any size you want, without being limited to the size options in this page. Please contact us at custom@anley.com, name your size, and we will handle everything from there.
Q: I am not sure how the flags will come out, Do I get to see a proof?
A: Yes, PLEASE WATCH YOUR EMAIL INBOX. Our professional graphic designers will put up your artwork and email you a proof for final confirmation (may take 1-3 business days).

Q: What is your turnaround?
A: With the EXPRESS SERVICE, we fulfill your design request each time within 2 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 3 days. Our global express shipping takes another 5 business days. In a word, you can expect your order to be delivered in about 10 business days with our EXPRESS SERVICE. (If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.) STANDARD SERVICE may take up 15-20 days for designing & production and another 10 days (USA) or 20-30 days (international) for shipping.
Q: Can I upgrade shipping after an order is placed?
A: Click HERE to upgrade your ANLEY customization order to Priority Handling and Express Shipping. If you need a deadline for your order to arrive, you are welcomed to email or message us the must-arrive date and we will do our best to meet your needs!
Q: Can I return the product?
A: All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Anley’s products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product but do not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs.

Q: What is the material you use?

A: We use a 13Oz vinyl fabric manufactured with a weft inserted knit or an internal scrim for greater strength and durability, ideal for both indoor and outdoor use in all types of weather.

Q: What are the minimum and maximum dimensions of your banners?

A: Technically, due to the accuracy of the printing and the presented effect, we don't recommend banners that are too small. And for any size you want that is not in the given dimensions, you can write to us with your special requirements.

Q: Are there hems on your banners?

A: We provide a hardware option for your condition, for flag only, primary ground stake for standing, or a full set of custom rectangle flag inside a handy packing bag, which contains the cross base and water bag.

Q: Do you sell accessories together with the vinyl banner?

A: We provide free zip ties for quick installation. If you want other ways of displaying, you could choose the accessories in our shop, or you can buy the hardware in the shop near you.

  Care & installment

Q: How can I install my banner?

A: We send free zip ties for you to fasten them to fences or posts. And you can use cords, strings, or bungees to attach the corner grommets to a stationary object. You can also use screws and washers to install your banners to rigid backgrounds such as wood or concrete.

Q: How do I maintain my custom vinyl banners?

A: Regularly clean them with warm water, allow them to air dry before storing, and keep them in a dry area at room temperature.
