Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 30, 2026

Welcome to ANLEY.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.anley.com, including any purchases, custom orders, account activity, product reviews, uploaded artwork, and related services provided through the website.

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, placing an order, submitting artwork, approving a proof, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.

1. Company Information

ANLEY.com is owned and operated by ANLEY Inc. References to “ANLEY,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean ANLEY Inc. and its affiliates, representatives, employees, contractors, and service providers.

References to “you” or “customer” mean any person or organization that accesses the website, places an order, submits artwork, communicates with us, or purchases products from ANLEY.

2. Use of Our Website

ANLEY grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this website for personal, business, or organizational shopping and informational purposes.

You agree not to misuse the website or its content. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display website content without our written permission
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, spiders, or similar methods to access or copy website content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, servers, or data
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the website
  • Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes
  • Upload viruses, malicious code, spam, or harmful files
  • Misrepresent your identity, account information, billing information, or order details
  • Use ANLEY content, images, trademarks, product descriptions, or other materials for competing commercial purposes without permission

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website if we believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Products and Services

ANLEY offers flags, banners, flagpoles, display products, custom printed items, and related accessories. Product details, specifications, sizes, materials, colors, printing options, included accessories, prices, and availability may vary by product.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information. However, product descriptions, images, colors, prices, availability, and specifications may contain errors or may be updated from time to time.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, cancel orders affected by errors, and discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order on ANLEY.com, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

By placing an order, you authorize ANLEY or our payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the total amount shown at checkout, including product cost, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incomplete or inaccurate order information
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Custom artwork concerns
  • Content that violates these Terms or our policies

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

5. Custom Products

ANLEY offers custom printed products, including custom flags, banners, feather flags, garden flags, decals, signs, and other personalized items.

Custom products may require customer-submitted artwork, logos, images, text, design instructions, or layout approval. You are responsible for reviewing all custom order details before submitting your order.

Custom product details may include:

  • Size
  • Material
  • Quantity
  • Print side
  • Grommets, sleeve, pole pocket, or finishing method
  • Artwork placement
  • Text spelling
  • Logo quality
  • Color instructions
  • Production and shipping timeline

Because custom products are made specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has started, except where required by law or approved by ANLEY.

6. Artwork, Logos, Images, and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, photos, images, text, trademarks, designs, or other materials to ANLEY, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the submitted materials or have permission to use them
  • The materials do not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, or other third-party right
  • The materials do not contain unlawful, threatening, hateful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited content
  • ANLEY may use the materials as necessary to process, proof, manufacture, fulfill, and support your custom order

You are solely responsible for any legal claims arising from materials you submit. You agree to indemnify and hold ANLEY harmless from claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your submitted artwork, logos, images, text, or design instructions.

ANLEY may refuse, cancel, or request changes to any custom order if we believe the submitted content may violate law, intellectual property rights, marketplace rules, production standards, or company policy.

7. Artwork Quality and Print Results

For best results, customers should provide high-resolution artwork, vector files, or clear original files when available. Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, compressed, screenshot-based, or poorly cropped files may result in lower print quality.

ANLEY may provide general file quality guidance, but customer approval of artwork or proof does not guarantee that low-quality source files will print sharply.

Final printed products may vary slightly from digital previews due to:

  • Screen display differences
  • Color mode differences
  • Fabric or material texture
  • Ink absorption
  • Lighting conditions
  • Printing method
  • File quality
  • Production limitations
  • Product size and viewing distance

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing before production. Pantone, CMYK, or other color references may help reduce color variation but may not eliminate it completely.

8. Proofs and Approval

For certain custom orders, ANLEY may provide a digital proof before production. The proof is intended to show general layout, text, image placement, and design appearance.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all proof details, including:

  • Spelling
  • Names
  • Dates
  • Phone numbers
  • Website addresses
  • QR codes
  • Logos
  • Image placement
  • Orientation
  • Colors
  • Size
  • Print side
  • Grommet or sleeve placement

Once you approve a proof, ANLEY may begin production based on the approved design. ANLEY is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you request changes after proof approval or after production has started, additional charges or delays may apply.

9. Production Time and Shipping Time

Production and shipping times vary depending on product type, order quantity, customization requirements, artwork quality, proof approval timing, production workload, carrier service, destination, weather, holidays, customs, and other factors.

Any production or delivery estimate provided by ANLEY is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, unless ANLEY expressly confirms a guaranteed deadline in writing.

Custom orders usually require additional time for artwork review, proofing, approval, production, and shipping. Delays in customer response, artwork approval, payment, address confirmation, or requested revisions may delay production or delivery.

10. Shipping and Delivery

ANLEY may use USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, freight carriers, or other shipping providers depending on product type, size, destination, and shipping method.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. ANLEY is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Risk of loss may pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier, except where prohibited by law. If a package is lost, delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation or available resolution.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, customs clearance, and compliance with local import rules unless otherwise stated.

11. Rush Orders and Deadlines

If you need an order by a specific date, you should contact ANLEY before placing the order to confirm whether the timeline is possible.

Rush production or expedited shipping may be available for certain products at an additional cost. Rush service does not guarantee delivery unless ANLEY specifically confirms the deadline in writing.

ANLEY is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by customer delays, artwork issues, proof revisions, carrier delays, weather, customs delays, incorrect addresses, payment issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Cancellations

Cancellation eligibility depends on the product type and order status.

For standard non-custom products, cancellation may be possible before the order is processed or shipped.

For custom products, cancellation may not be possible once artwork review, proof preparation, production, printing, cutting, sewing, packaging, or other custom work has started.

If cancellation is approved after custom work has begun, ANLEY may deduct reasonable costs for design work, materials, production, transaction fees, or other expenses already incurred.

13. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund eligibility may vary by product. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for detailed information.

In general, standard non-custom products may be eligible for return if they meet the conditions stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Custom products, personalized products, approved-proof orders, final sale items, used items, damaged-by-customer items, or products made according to customer specifications may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise approved by ANLEY.

Refunds, replacements, store credits, or other resolutions are provided at ANLEY’s discretion and subject to applicable law and company policy.

14. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact ANLEY customer service within a reasonable time after delivery.

To help us review the issue, we may request:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • Photos of packaging
  • Photos of shipping labels
  • Description of the issue
  • Approved proof, if applicable
  • Any other information needed to investigate the claim

Depending on the issue, ANLEY may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, repair, missing part shipment, or other reasonable solution.

15. Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on the product type and any warranty information provided on the specific product page or warranty policy.

Warranty coverage may not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Weather damage beyond normal product expectations
  • Alteration or modification
  • Failure to follow care instructions
  • Damage caused by pets, vehicles, vandalism, storms, high winds, fire, chemicals, sharp objects, or other external causes
  • Color fading, staining, or deterioration caused by prolonged exposure or improper use
  • Custom design issues caused by customer-submitted artwork or approved proof errors

Please review the applicable product page and Warranty Policy for details.

16. Product Use and Customer Responsibility

ANLEY products are intended for lawful decorative, display, advertising, promotional, ceremonial, educational, organizational, residential, or commercial use, depending on the product.

You are responsible for using products safely, lawfully, and appropriately. This includes compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, building rules, event rules, signage rules, flag display rules, HOA rules, landlord rules, school rules, government regulations, and other requirements that may apply to your use of the product.

ANLEY is not responsible for penalties, violations, injuries, property damage, or legal issues arising from improper installation, unsafe use, unauthorized use, unlawful use, or misuse of products.

17. Product Images and Website Content

Product images, lifestyle photos, mockups, diagrams, videos, and examples are provided for reference. Actual product appearance may vary depending on size, material, color, lighting, screen display, production batch, and customization details.

ANLEY may update, remove, or change website content at any time without prior notice.

18. Customer Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, feedback, suggestions, or other content to ANLEY, you grant ANLEY a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, and distribute that content for customer service, marketing, website, product improvement, and business purposes.

You may not submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, obscene, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

ANLEY may remove, moderate, or refuse user-submitted content at our discretion.
