A: Yes. I love artworks in ANY file types, as high resolution as possible. You may email your AI, PDF and PSD files to custom@anley.com with your order-id from our website. We will work on that accordingly.

A: Generally we recommend at least 32 DPI for best printing quality (That is, for example, at least 1100 px in width for a 3x2 ft flags). Otherwise, the printing may appear blurred.

A: Yes, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL. Our professional graphic designers will put up your artwork and email you a proof for final confirmation (may take 1-3 business days).

A: Yes. We have multiple volume discounts offered to our customers and you can check the price on our website. The discount will be automatically applied once you change the quantity in your cart.

A: Sure, you can just place a new order and check out. You don't need to upload any design to our site because we got your design already.

A: Sample Option:
1. We have some extra flags made by our workshop, and we could send you a free sample using those free extra flags. Please leave me a name and shipping address for the sample.
2. Or if you need a sample printed using your own design, you would need to place a sample order through our website. We would refund you that sample order later when you place another order exceeding 20 flags.

A: Tracking your ANLEY order is quick and easy! Here are three convenient methods to choose from:

1. For Logged-In Users: Simply visit the "My Orders" page on our website. There, you'll find the status of your order, along with the carrier information and tracking number.

2. For Guests (No Login Required): Just enter your order ID and email address to receive the latest update on your order status.

A: With the EXPRESS SERVICE, we fulfill your design request each time within 2 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 3 days. Our global express shipping takes another 5 business days. In a word, you can expect your order to be delivered in about 10 business days with our EXPRESS SERVICE.

(If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.)

STANDARD SERVICE may take up 15-20 days for designing & production and another 10 days (USA) or 20-30 days (international) for shipping.

A: Absolutely! You have the option to upgrade your shipping before confirming the artwork proof we provide. To upgrade, simply use our shipping upgrade link for Priority Handling and Express Shipping on your custom ANLEY order. Should you have a specific date by which you need your order, please reach out to us via email or message with the details. We're committed to accommodating your timeline to the best of our ability.

A: All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Anley’s products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for THREE months of the product but do not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs.

A: The retractable banners are portable signs stored in metal base, which can be easily pulled out for display. These banners are an effective marketing tool, commonly seen at trade shows, events, and exhibitions.

A: Retractable banners are lightweight and portable, making them easy for one person to move, reposition, and set up or take down. We also provide a carrying case with either a shoulder strap or handles that makes traveling with your banner to and from trade shows and other events as easy as carrying a lightweight duffle bag.

A: We are uding the 18 oz Vinyl material. This premium material is tear-resistant and designed for both indoor and outdoor use. 

A: We offer TWO sizes for our roll up banners: 33” wide x 81” tall Perfect for smaller spaces like pop-up shops, trade shows, and in-store promotions. Compact and easy to transport, it’s great for subtle yet professional displays. 47” wide x 81” tall Ideal for larger events like conventions, conferences, or storefronts. The wider size ensures maximum visibility, making it perfect for bold and impactful messaging. Both options are lightweight, portable, and easy to set up, providing versatile solutions for any occasion.

Ensure the graphic is securely attached before letting go, as it will retract quickly and could be damaged. Handle the pole carefully to avoid bending. If you purchased a display light, attach it to the top of the stand. The entire assembly takes just a few minutes.

A: Yes, Our pull-up banners come with a compatible padded carrying case for free, perfect for protecting your banner during traveling or storage.

A: To store your banner, we recommend retracting your banner into the base and then storing your retractable banner, pole within your carrying case. You want to keep this in a dry area at room temperature to avoid damage in-between uses. Although the bases are fairly durable, do not place anything heavy on your banner, even when in the carrying case, and do not throw or drop it whether inside or outside of the case.

A: While our retractable banners are designed primarily for indoor use, they can be used outdoors for short periods. For outdoor conditions, the vinyl banner is the best option due to its superior durability. However, we strongly recommend avoiding outdoor use during inclement weather, especially in high winds, heavy rain, or extreme cold temperatures, to ensure the longevity of your retractable banner.

A: With all of our banners, we use durable materials and quality ink, lending to retractable banners that don't fade and are scratch resistant, unlike cheap, low-quality banners. Of course, with any sign there will eventually be some fading, but with the ink we use, your custom banner should remain vibrant for several years down the road.

A: The durable metal base provides excellent stability and is resistant to damage. However, never place anything on top of the banner or stand. For safe storage and travel, always strap it into the case.

A: Yes! Our retractable banners are quite durable and can be used repeatedly. Simply store them as per the instructions below and you should have no issue using these banners again and again for years to come. If you'd like to change out the graphic in your retractable stand, we would recommend printing one from us and then having a professional reinstall it into the base.
