A: Yes. I love artworks in ANY file types, as high resolution as possible. You may email your AI, PDF and PSD files to custom@anley.com with your order-id from our website. We will work on that accordingly.

A: Generally we recommend at least 32 DPI for best printing quality (That is, for example, at least 1100 px in width for a 3x2 ft flags). Otherwise, the printing may appear blurred.

A: Yes, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL. Our professional graphic designers will put up your artwork and email you a proof for final confirmation (may take 1-3 business days).

A: Yes. We have multiple volume discounts offered to our customers and you can check the price on our website. The discount will be automatically applied once you change the quantity in your cart.

A: Sure, you can just place a new order and check out. You don't need to upload any design to our site because we got your design already.

A: Sample Option:
1. We have some extra flags made by our workshop, and we could send you a free sample using those free extra flags. Please leave me a name and shipping address for the sample.
2. Or if you need a sample printed using your own design, you would need to place a sample order through our website. We would refund you that sample order later when you place another order exceeding 20 flags.

A: Tracking your ANLEY order is quick and easy! Here are three convenient methods to choose from:

1. For Logged-In Users: Simply visit the "My Orders" page on our website. There, you'll find the status of your order, along with the carrier information and tracking number.

2. For Guests (No Login Required): Just enter your order ID and email address to receive the latest update on your order status.

   To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

A: With the EXPRESS SERVICE, we fulfill your design request each time within 2 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 3 days. Our global express shipping takes another 5 business days. In a word, you can expect your order to be delivered in about 10 business days with our EXPRESS SERVICE.

(If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.)

STANDARD SERVICE may take up 15-20 days for designing & production and another 10 days (USA) or 20-30 days (international) for shipping.

A: Absolutely! You have the option to upgrade your shipping before confirming the artwork proof we provide. To upgrade, simply use our shipping upgrade link for Priority Handling and Express Shipping on your custom ANLEY order. Should you have a specific date by which you need your order, please reach out to us via email or message with the details. We're committed to accommodating your timeline to the best of our ability.

A: All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Anley’s products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for THREE months of the product but do not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs.

A: Drilled holes are typically 1/4 inches in diameter and set .5 inches from the edge of your sign. If you need more than the standard 4 holes you can note this request on the checkout page in the customer comments field. Additional holes, within reason, are free. 

A: Yes, assuming you have the know-how and proper tools, drilling your own holes is fairly easy. Though for convenience reasons most people simply choose to have us drill the holes. The caveat of drilling your own holes is that any damage to the sign during the process of drilling your own holes voids any warranty that may be in place for the sign.

A: Our aluminum signs are 3mm. In our experience the 3 mm aluminum signs are extremely durable and sufficiently thick for nearly all uses. However, if you are interested in thicker aluminum signs please contact us for a custom quote.

A: All of our signs are printed in full color. Therefore, regardless of what your design might be, it will not impact the cost of your sign. Sign costs are dictated by sign type, size and quantity.

A: Aluminum is a type of metal. Thus, whether you are looking for custom aluminum signs or simply any type of custom metal sign then our aluminum will definitely work. Aluminum, as noted, is a rust proof and durable metal sign option. 

A: With proper care and placement your custom aluminum signs should last a minimum of two or more years.

A: Your aluminum signs should not rust. This is true even in wet conditions. Aluminum as a metal does not rust. While the sign will not rust, like any other metal, there will be some oxidation over time but your signs should look great for 2 or more years with proper care and maintenance.

A: Yes, our aluminum signs can be used for outdoor and indoor use. The reinforced plastic core combined with the other features make our aluminum signs the ideal choice for outdoor signs.

A: All of our aluminum signs are printed with weather-, fade-, and abrasion-resistant ink. Your signs shouldn’t fade or scratch through normal usage. That said, just like with any other paint on metal, such as a painted car, if you intentionally or unintentionally scratch the sign with a sharp object it is most likely going to scratch the surface and/or printed portion of the sign. 

A: Aluminum signs can be affixed or mounted on a number of different surfaces. Essentially, any rigid surface, including brick, concrete, drywall, wood, metal, etc., can be used to mount your signs. Signposts with the same materials can also be used. To install your signs, you’ll need to drill pilot holes into the surface material and then use screws or bolts to mount the sign. If you did not select drilled holes when you ordered your signs, you’ll also need to drill holes into the sign itself.
