Q: I am a professional designer. Do you accept AI, ESP and PSD?
A: Yes. I love artworks in ANY file types, as high resolution as possible. You may email your AI, PDF and PSD files to custom@anley.com with your order-id from our website. We will work on that accordingly.
Q: Can I change my artwork design after I make a payment?
A: Yes, contact custom@anley.com for any update, change, specific requirement or any additional piece of artwork. We are happy to assist!
Q: Is there a recommened resolution for artwork upload?
A: Generally we recommend at least 32 DPI for best printing quality (That is, for example, at least 1100 px in width for a 3x2 ft flags). Otherwise, the printing may appear blurred.
Q: Can I order my flag at a size other than the options above?
A: Yes, you can customize your flag at any size you want, without being limited to the size options in this page. Please contact us at custom@anley.com, name your size, and we will handle everything from there.
Q: I am not sure how the flags will come out, Do I get to see a proof?
A: Yes, PLEASE WATCH YOUR EMAIL INBOX. Our professional graphic designers will put up your artwork and email you a proof for final confirmation (may take 1-3 business days).
Q: Can I get a bulk discount?
A: Yes. We have multiple volume discounts offered to our customers and you can check the price on our website. The discount will be automatically applied once you change the quantity in your cart.
Q: Can I reorder a new one with the same design?
A: Sure, you can just place a new order and check out. You don't need to upload any design to our site because we got your design already.
Q: Can I get the free samples before ordering?
A: Sample Option:
1. We have some extra flags made by our workshop, and we could send you a free sample using those free extra flags. Please leave me a name and shipping address for the sample.
2. Or if you need a sample printed using your own design, you would need to place a sample order through our website. We would refund you that sample order later when you place another order exceeding 20 flags.

Q: How to track my order?
A: You can contact us at via email: custom@anley.com. Our respond time is less than 12 hours.
Q: What is your turnaround?
A: With the EXPRESS SERVICE, we fulfill your design request each time within 2 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 3 days. Our global express shipping takes another 5 business days. In a word, you can expect your order to be delivered in about 10 business days with our EXPRESS SERVICE.
(If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.)
STANDARD SERVICE may take up 15-20 days for designing & production and another 10 days (USA) or 20-30 days (international) for shipping.
Q: Can I upgrade shipping after an order is placed?
A: Click HERE to upgrade your ANLEY customization order to Priority Handling and Express Shipping. If you need a deadline for your order to arrive, you are welcomed to email or message us the must-arrive date and we will do our best to meet your needs!
Q: Can I return the product?
A: All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Anley’s products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for THREE months of the product but do not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs.

Q: What is the material you use?
A: We use a 13Oz rip-proof fabric which is of greater strength and durability, ideal for both indoor and outdoor use in all types of weather.
Q: What are the minimum and maximum dimensions of your banners?
A: Since our flagpole has a fixed length of 30 inches, the width of the banner should not exceed 30 inches. And for any length you want, that is not in the given dimensions, you can write to us with your special requirements.
Are these banners double sets by default?
A: NO. One set kit includes a Banner, two bars, two pole brackets, six hose clamps, two zip ties, two lock pins, and two secure pins. If you want double sets, please order TWO.
Q: Can these banners be double-sided printed?
A: Our light pole banners are double-sided printed by default.
