Return, Refund & Warranty

INTERPRETATION

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to ANLEY INC., 323 S Fernwood St, West Covina, CA 91791.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Website refers to ANLEY.COM, accessible from www.anley.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

1. SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME

For Stock Products (Not Customized)

  • Domestic Shipping & Handling: 5-8 Business Days.
  • International Shipping & Handling: 2-4 Weeks

For Customzied Products

  • Domesitc Standard Service: 20 Days Turnaround + 10 Days Delivery
  • International Standard Service: 20 Days Turnaround + 20 Days Delivery
  • Domestic & International Express Service: 10 Days Turnaround + 5 Days Delivery

2. ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATIONS

You are entitled to cancel or modify Your Order within 24 HOURS without giving any reason for doing so and eligible to receive partical/full refund or change delivery address without occuring additional fees. In order to exercise Your right, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

For order cancellation, We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the order cancellation request.  We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

3. RETURN POLICY

  • Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. 
  • All returns are subject to inspection. Any Products, in our sole and absolute discretion, that shows evidence of use, installation, improper handling, improper packaging, or improper shipping will not be considered for exchange, refund, and may void its warranty.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless Goods are defective, as determined in our sole and absolute discretion.
  • NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, WE WILL NOT CANCEL OR ACCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGE “CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS”. ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS. Customized products refer to any Products that is/are not in stock with the Company.

4. CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized (customized products).
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

5. RETURNING GOODS

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

6. THREE-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. If your products were damaged under non-intentive purpose conditions within 3 months. Please contact us immediately enclosing your order ID. And we will send you a free replacement right the way!

*Our warranty promises free repairs or replacements for defective products, and it is issued at the point of sale along with the original order, free of charge. If a product is replaced under warranty, then the replacement product will have the rest of the remaining warranty from the original item.
