Installation
Step 1
Clean the desired surface with soap and water, removing all dust and dirt particles.
Step 2
Gently Remove the backing by peeling the decal away from a a corner.
Step 3
Carefully place the decal onto the desired surface.
Step 4
Once the decal is in place, use a squeegee (complimentary) to squeeze the bubbles out.
Care and Maintenance

Removing Your Window Decal
When it’s time to remove your window decal, the process is simple and efficient. Begin by gently lifting a corner of the decal, preferably using a razor blade or a similar tool. Once you’ve managed to peel an edge, carefully pull the decal away from the window’s surface. If any adhesive residue remains, you can use the blade to gently scrape it off. Be cautious during this process to avoid scratching the glass, especially when using sharp tools.

Q: I am a professional designer. Do you accept AI, ESP and PSD?
A: Yes. I love artworks in ANY file types, as high resolution as possible. You may email your AI, PDF and PSD files to custom@anley.com with your order-id from our website. We will work on that accordingly.
Q: Can I change my artwork design after I make a payment?
A: Yes, contact custom@anley.com for any update, change, specific requirement or any additional piece of artwork. We are happy to assist!
Q: Is there a recommened resolution for artwork upload?
A: Generally we recommend at least 32 DPI for best printing quality (That is, for example, at least 1100 px in width for a 3x2 ft flags). Otherwise, the printing may appear blurred.
Q: I am not sure how the customized product will come out, Do I get to see a proof?
A: Yes, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL. Our professional graphic designers will put up your artwork and email you a proof for final confirmation (may take 1-3 business days).
Q: Can I get a bulk discount?
A: Yes. We have multiple volume discounts offered to our customers and you can check the price on our website. The discount will be automatically applied once you change the quantity in your cart.
Q: Can I reorder a new one with the same design?
A: Sure, you can just place a new order and check out. You don't need to upload any design to our site because we got your design already.
Q: Can I get the free samples before ordering?
A: Sample Option:
1. We have some extra flags made by our workshop, and we could send you a free sample using those free extra flags. Please leave me a name and shipping address for the sample.
2. Or if you need a sample printed using your own design, you would need to place a sample order through our website. We would refund you that sample order later when you place another order exceeding 20 flags.

Q: What is your turnaround?
A: With the EXPRESS SERVICE, we fulfill your design request each time within 2 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 3 days. Our global express shipping takes another 5 business days. In a word, you can expect your order to be delivered in about 10 business days with our EXPRESS SERVICE.
(If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.)
STANDARD SERVICE may take up 15-20 days for designing & production and another 10 days (USA) or 20-30 days (international) for shipping.
Q: Can I upgrade my shipping option after my order is placed?
A: Absolutely! You have the option to upgrade your shipping before confirming the artwork proof we provide. To upgrade, simply use our shipping upgrade link for Priority Handling and Express Shipping on your custom ANLEY order. Should you have a specific date by which you need your order, please reach out to us via email or message with the details. We're committed to accommodating your timeline to the best of our ability.
Q: Can I return the product?
A: All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Anley’s products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for THREE months of the product but do not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs.

Q: What material is your window decal made out of?
A: Our window decals are made from high-performance 2-mil cast film which is a high-quality adhesive vinyl. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.
Q: Can I order a window decal with rounded corners? What about other shapes?
A: Yes! you can choose to design your window decal as as square/rectangle, circle/oval, custom shape. Simply select these options from the shape dropdown in the design tool. Please contact us at custom@anley.com if you have any questions about the various shape options you have for your window decal!
Q: What are window decals typically used for?
A: Custom window decals can be used both for a home or business setting. Home uses include signs declaring no soliciting, no trespassing, security signage, etc. Business uses are far more common and can be used for everything from business hours to sales and promotions to posting store rules
Q: Can I place my decal on the inside of my storefront/window and have it be visible to those outside?
A: Yes! This option is called inside glass and is made possible by a reverse print on an opaque material. Please contact us at custom@anley.com for design support if you want to discuss the details.
CARE & INSTALLMENT
Q: Will the exposure to sun or the elements ruin my window decal?
A: The decal’s lifespan will naturally be shortened when used for exterior use rather than interior use. While this is true we do print with a UV ink that prevents scratching, abrasions and fading. Thus, assuming that the decal is installed properly your printed design should remain vibrant for several years with the decal firmly adhered to your window.
Q: How do I clean my window decal?
A: After installation your decal can be cleaned on a regular basis with a wet rag or cloth that is non-abrasive. This will help keep your decal free of dirt, grime, dust and more. This is especially true if your decal is placed outside.
Q: How do I remove my decal? Will it leave behind a huge mess and lots of residue?
A: You can remove your decal by simply peeling it away from the window or surface upon which it was applied. Any residual adhesive can be removed with common window cleaner.
Q: What is the lifespan of your window decals?
A: With proper care and placement, your decal can last up to 3 years. Exterior use that results in constant exposure to the elements and/or poor installation or maintenance can decrease the lifespan of the decal. Notwithstanding, exterior usage should still result in a decal that lasts 1-2 years.
