We offer two different sizes for our X Banners, being 32” wide x 70” tall or 35” wide x 78” tall.
Open up the base legs and put up the top poles.
Place the top two grommets first, then the bottom grommets. Make sure all 4 grommets are on hooks.
Fully pull up the adjustable spine till it is very tight, then fastener it by pressing down the lock button.
Adjust the 4 hooks to ensure the banner is fully extended and tight.
Choose the avaible fabrication options you'd like.
You may upload an image, select a background color, or add your personalized text viaour online design tool.
You may leave any special request on the note during checkout.
You will receive a final proof for approval before we sending your orders to our work shop.
You will receive notification once your order has been dispatched.

A: Generally we recommend at least 32 DPI for best printing quality (That is, for example, at least 1100 px in width for a 3x2 ft flags). Otherwise, the printing may appear blurred.
A: Yes, you can customize your flag at any size you want, without being limited to the size options in this page. Please contact us at custom@anley.com, name your size, and we will handle everything from there.
A: Yes, PLEASE WATCH YOUR EMAIL INBOX. Our professional graphic designers will put up your artwork and email you a proof for final confirmation (may take 1-3 business days).
A: Yes. We have multiple volume discounts offered to our customers and you can check the price on our website. The discount will be automatically applied once you change the quantity in your cart.
A: Sure, you can just place a new order and check out. You don't need to upload any design to our site because we got your design already.
A: Sample Option:
1. We have some extra flags made by our workshop, and we could send you a free sample using those free extra flags. Please leave me a name and shipping address for the sample.
2. Or if you need a sample printed using your own design, you would need to place a sample order through our website. We would refund you that sample order later when you place another order exceeding 20 flags.

A: With the EXPRESS SERVICE, we fulfill your design request each time within 2 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 3 days. Our global express shipping takes another 5 business days. In a word, you can expect your order to be delivered in about 10 business days with our EXPRESS SERVICE.
(If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.)

Yes, you can display your banner and stand outdoors where people can easily see them. The X-stand banner is waterproof and fade-proof. However, we recommend adding some counter-weight on the stand and placing them in non-windy areas as strong winds may topple it.

Our stand that comes with the banner is actually an adjustable universal stand. It will fit any size of banner ranging from 24" to 35" wide and 63" to 78" tall.
Banners for X banner stands are printed on one side only. Since the banner will be mounted on an X-frame, your customers will not see the graphics on the other side.
