Q: Is there a recommened resolution for artwork upload?
A: Generally we recommend at least 32 DPI for best printing quality (That is, for example, at least 1100 px in width for a 3x2 ft flags). Otherwise, the printing may appear blurred.
Q: Can I order my flag at a size other than the options above?
A: Yes, you can customize your flag at any size you want, without being limited to the size options in this page. Please contact us at custom@anley.com, name your size, and we will handle everything from there.
Q: I am not sure how the flags will come out, Do I get to see a proof?
A: Yes, PLEASE WATCH YOUR EMAIL INBOX. Our professional graphic designers will put up your artwork and email you a proof for final confirmation (may take 1-3 business days).

A: With the EXPRESS SERVICE, we fulfill your design request each time within 2 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 3 days. Our global express shipping takes another 5 business days. In a word, you can expect your order to be delivered in about 10 business days with our EXPRESS SERVICE.
(If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.)
STANDARD SERVICE may take up 15-20 days for designing & production and another 10 days (USA) or 20-30 days (international) for shipping.
Q: Can I upgrade shipping after an order is placed?

Q: Can I return the product?
A: All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Anley’s products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product but do not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs.

Q: What is the material of the yard signs?
Full-color yard signs printed with weather-resistant UV ink on 4mm corrugated plastic. H-shaped wire stakes are made of 4mm (9-gauge) iron and coated with a layer of zinc to make it rust-proof. Great for political campaigns, real estate listings, business advertisements and more!
Q: What is the difference between single and double sided?
As the name suggests, single sided signs are printed on only one side, and the back side will be left blank (white). Therefore, double sided signs will display your messge on the both side and catch more attention of people pass by! Your yard signs can be single or double-sided depending on your needs. Both of these additional options can be selected on the design tool.

Q: How easy is the installment?
Simple as a breeze! Insert the metal stake into the sign, then stick the whole thing to the grass. No hardware required!
Q: How should I clean the yard sign?
If your yard signs are being used indoors, simply clean them with a damp cloth. For exterior use, clean with warm water and a mild liquid detergent. Store yard signs in a cool, dry room and make sure not to stack anything heavy on them to keep them from bending.
