At Anley Flags, we have a pretty straightforward way of looking at things. When your products arrive, if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality or the overall experience, simply contact us at support@anley.com and we are committed to making it right!

 

3-Month Limited Warranty

Although flags and flagpoles are meant to be worn out eventually, our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. If you find our flags and accessories were damaged under normal weather conditions within 3 months, please contact us at support@anley.com immediately and we will send you a free replacement right the way!

Shipping

How to change the delivery address after an order is placed?

The second you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please email us at support@anley.com immediately to correct the mistake and we will let you know the results. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

I ordered both custom products and non-custom products. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We will always ship your order in one package so they will arrive at the same time. If you need your non-custom products first, please let us know and we will ship them first.

Do you ship internationally?

Besides the continental U.S.A., we also ship to Canada, the UK, Mexico, most of Europe and the Middle East.

How long does delivery take?

Economic shipping takes 5-10 business days. Express shipping takes 3 business days globally.

What carriers do you ship?

All express orders will be shipped via FedEx Express Service. For economic shipping service, we primarily use USPS, Canada Post (Canada only), Royal Mail (the UK only), etc.

Eligibility

If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Anley Flags, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with resellable conditions. Contact us at support@anley.com to initiate a return.

Can I Return a Custom Product?

All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Anley’s products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product but do not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs. 

Receiving Refund

A refund will be issued once we have confirmed the receipt of the return or agree on disposal. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 10 business days depending on your credit/debit card issuer.
