INSTALLMENT
Flags with grommets are easy to set up onto a standard flagpole.
First, you can adjust clips or hooks to match the distance with the grommets. Make sure if the flag’s header is pulled tight, and then attaching to mounting rings. Hanging flags onto the wall, with cords, nails, or zip-ties to loop through the grommets, is also a good display choice.
CUSTOM FLAG CARE
Following is a generic solution when your custom flag gets dirty.
- First of all, you can use a wet cloth to wipe.
- And then gently rinse in cold water. But avoid using bleach, because it may impair the quality of the custom flag’s design.
- Then hang dry it on a taut line or an absorbent cotton towel placed on a flat surface.
- Also, remember to steam iron your flag or take it to a professional laundry.
- Most noteworthy please store your flag properly when not used.
Although a custom flag is meant to be worn-out, you can sustain its life by good maintenance.

Q: I am a professional designer. Do you accept AI, ESP and PSD?
A: Yes. I love artworks in ANY file types, as high resolution as possible. You may email your AI, PDF and PSD files to custom@anley.com with your order-id from our website. We will work on that accordingly.
Q: Can I change my artwork design after I make a payment?
A: Yes, contact custom@anley.com for any update, change, specific requirement or any additional piece of artwork. We are happy to assist!
Q: Is there a recommened resolution for artwork upload?
A: Generally we recommend at least 32 DPI for best printing quality (That is, for example, at least 1100 px in width for a 3x2 ft flags). Otherwise, the printing may appear blurred.
Q: I am not sure how the customized product will come out, Do I get to see a proof?
A: Yes, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL. Our professional graphic designers will put up your artwork and email you a proof for final confirmation (may take 1-3 business days).
Q: Can I get a bulk discount?
A: Yes. We have multiple volume discounts offered to our customers and you can check the price on our website. The discount will be automatically applied once you change the quantity in your cart.
Q: Can I reorder a new one with the same design?
A: Sure, you can just place a new order and check out. You don't need to upload any design to our site because we got your design already.
Q: Can I get the free samples before ordering?
A: Sample Option:
1. We have some extra flags made by our workshop, and we could send you a free sample using those free extra flags. Please leave me a name and shipping address for the sample.
2. Or if you need a sample printed using your own design, you would need to place a sample order through our website. We would refund you that sample order later when you place another order exceeding 20 flags.

Q: What is your turnaround?
A: With the EXPRESS SERVICE, we fulfill your design request each time within 2 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 3 days. Our global express shipping takes another 5 business days. In a word, you can expect your order to be delivered in about 10 business days with our EXPRESS SERVICE.
(If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.)
STANDARD SERVICE may take up 15-20 days for designing & production and another 10 days (USA) or 20-30 days (international) for shipping.
Q: Can I upgrade my shipping option after my order is placed?
A: Absolutely! You have the option to upgrade your shipping before confirming the artwork proof we provide. To upgrade, simply use our shipping upgrade link for Priority Handling and Express Shipping on your custom ANLEY order. Should you have a specific date by which you need your order, please reach out to us via email or message with the details. We're committed to accommodating your timeline to the best of our ability.
Q: Can I return the product?
A: All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Anley’s products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for THREE months of the product but do not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs.

Q: Can I order my flag at a size other than the options above?
A: Yes, you can customize your flag at any size you want, without being limited to the size options in this page. Please contact us at custom@anley.com, name your size, and we will handle everything from there.
Q: What are the differences between single-side and double-sided custom flag?
A: For a single-sided custom flag, the image printed on one side, so the image is reverse seen from the back, so it is good for display. And for the double-sided custom flag, you will get the right image at both sides, ideal for proud flying.
Q: If I order a double-sided flag, can I get different designs on both sides?
A: We can definitely do that! The minimum order quantity to print two images on each side of a flag is TWO. Otherwise, there will be an extra service of $10 added to the original price.
Q: What kind of fabric and material do you use?
A: We use specific 100 denier 4 oz. polyester with reinforced 210 denier nylon oxford header and rust-resistant brass grommets. The flags are sewn with double stitches on each rim
Q: Is the custom flag good for outdoor using?
A: Yes, our custom flags are
designed to be used both indoors and outdoors. These custom flag is perfect for promotion, decoration use, and also excellent for parade or campaign. You can choose the size and side according to your needs.
Q: Does my custom flag come with mounting rings or poles?
A: The standard custom flag contains one flag only, but we do sell accessories for the standard flag if needed. Click HERE to find what you may need.
Q: What types of printing methods are used for custom flags?
A: We produce your custom flag using screen printing technique. The craftmanship is amazing, you will love it.
Q: Can I customize the shape of my flag?
A: Yes, custom flags can be made in a variety of shapes, including rectangular, square, triangular, and custom shapes. Just feel free to leave your customization requirement. FYI， you need to pay an extra $10 for the processing fee.
Q: How long will my custom flag last?
A: Flags are consumable products that will eventually fade and rip off because of direct sun and windy conditions. Statistically, we found out that our customer replaces their flags from 3 months to 1 year.
The lifespan of a custom flag depends on a variety of factors. Do not worry about the product quality, we provide 3 monthly unconditional warranty.
Care INSTRUCTIONS
Q: How do I get rid of wrinkle from the polyester custom flag?
A: You can use an iron machine to steam the custom flag. Make sure adjust your temperature to warm, not too hot.
Q: How to prevent the custom flag become fade?
A: Continuous exposure to the sun will fade your flag, but you can slow down the process by sparing your flag with a UV fabric protector. And store your flag in a dark and dry area when you don't use it.
Q: Is my custom flag washable?
A: Yes, your custom flags are washable in mild water with a gentle wash. Do not use bleach.
