For the price this truck pulley is ideal. Easy to install and pulley wheel moves freely. The item comes with set screw for pole. Keep in mind this particular one has no set screw for the finale/topper. If you are using a ball topper there is no problem. but an eagle topper will need a set screw to avoid it from turning.

The ball that came with my great but inexpensive flagpole broke apart and blew away. This new ball, one size larger, is noticeably better quality and looks great on top of my flagpole. It has held up well through several strong storms including very strong winds resulting in several tornadoes in my area last night. I highly recommend this product.
